BIOGRAPHY

After an artistic career in the daily press and 10 years of pictorial teaching in the Haut-Var, I’ve decided to devote myself exclusively to artistic creation in France at «  l' Isle sur la Sorgue » since 2014.

I’m interested in different forms of painting and the craft work of Japanese masters doesn’t frighten me off. On the contrary, it makes me humble and strong. This passion drives me and allows me to express myself inspired by my dreams.

Actually, the multitude of conventional and digital tools in painting allows me to explore continuously finding new challenges.

My latest published images are the result of a study about water and its magical reflections in the Sorgue...

These visions constantly make me questioning the space of time and its subliminal images. The essence of my work is now gradually tending to highlighting colours and shapes that are in harmony with nature. This nature and environment that is the future challenge of us all…

Artists have in common their space-time and imagination: what is time but passion and desire?  The passion of work that is being done properly and the imagination in the eye of the viewer. As time passes by, retirement allows me now to explore new approaches that are more exciting than ever before ...

Glory is not my motivation. Glory is, in my opinion, only a waste of time and misplaced ego. What I want to achieve is to make the best of the time that is left to learn, thrive perfection and passing on my knowledge to future generations if the opportunity presents itself.

... Everything that comes on my path is a source of inspiration
